Return & Refund Policy Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order. Return Eligibility Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition with tags, packaging and invoice/order details. Products that are used, washed, damaged, altered or returned without original packaging may not be accepted. Return Reasons Returns may be accepted in the following cases: - Wrong product received - Damaged product received - Defective product received - Size issue, if return is available for that product Non-Returnable Items The following items may not be eligible for return: - Used or washed products - Products without tags or original packaging - Products damaged by the customer - Items purchased during clearance sale or final sale, if mentioned on the product page - Products returned after 7 days of delivery Return Process To request a return, please contact us at info.jay212@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at 8000022211 with your order details, reason for return and product photos/videos if required. Refund Policy Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the return is approved. Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in the customer’s original payment method or bank account, depending on the payment provider or bank. If the order was paid through Cash on Delivery, refund details may be collected from the customer for processing. Shipping Charges Shipping charges, COD charges or handling charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged or defective product sent by us.
